Exchange and Return Policy
At ESVEZ, we want you to have the best shopping experience. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or an incorrect item, you can request an exchange or refund. Requests must be made within the first 7 days after delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all its accessories included. Once your request has been evaluated by our team, you can choose between a product replacement or a refund, depending on the case.
